With over 25 years of experience in Mallorca’s real estate market, Rohan J. Butler brings a deep knowledge of exclusive property brokerage, architecture, and project development. His journey began with a one-year apprenticeship at Kemper Steiner & Partner, a prestigious architectural firm in Bochum, Germany. He then built his career in real estate, spending five years at Prestige Properties Santanyí, followed by eight years at the renowned Lucie Hauri agency, also in Santanyí.

Fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan, and German, Rohan combines his global experience with a
deep understanding of the local market, providing clients with a high-level, personalized
service.

David J. King has an extensive background in buying, selling, renovating, and managing construction projects within the real estate industry. Over the past 15 years, he has led Fincas Juan, the family business in Portocolom, establishing it as a key player in the exclusive property market in the region.
